This experience is designed to ground you and bring you back to your centre. You’ll learn about Shinrin Yoku — the Japanese practice of forest bathing — and discover how to connect with nature anytime, anywhere.

Through Reiki, I’ll work with Mother Gaia’s energy to quiet the noise and guide you home to that calm, steady presence within you — the part that has always been there, patiently waiting.
