What to expect

During our session, you will remain fully clothed. You will lie on your back and might get turned over onto your belly. You can always choose to stay in one position the entire session. I might gently place my hands on your body, or hover them just above, clearing and harmonising your energy body.

Some people fall asleep during Reiki session as it is a deeply relaxing experience. Most people report feeling relaxed or lighter afterwards. Your bodies takes about 1-3 days to integrate and re-align.

Reiki is considered safe for adults, children, animals and plants. I enjoyed Reiki during pregnancy. Sometimes I use Reiki if my daughter has troubles settling down for sleep/nap.

Reiki can be used in conjunction with other holistic practices or western medicine. It is important to speak to your doctor before booking a session.
